Spring Creek Miniatures is located in Port Orchard, Washington on the Kitsap Peninsula,
across the Tacoma-Narrows Bridge. My love of horses goes back to a very early age.
While the other children were watching cartoons on Saturday morning, I was always watching "My Friend Flicka" and "Furry". My parents couldn't afford a horse, so I played with the neighbor's horse. As soon as I got married, I coerced my husband into letting me buy my first horse. For many years, I bred and trained full sized Appaloosa's - I enjoyed Dressage, English & Western riding. After my daughter was born, my interest
began to develop in the Miniatures as they were closer to her size.

The past 16 years with the Miniatures hold many memories - showing, breeding, parades, nursing home visits. My passion is driving both single horses and teams. My breeding program is designed to produce the ultimate driving horse in "miniature" and many of my miniatures have been crossed with the Hackney breed in an effort to attain just that goal. With my new covered arena it should be lots of fun!
